All items sold by us are covered with 30 day customer satisfaction return policy.
I want to return my goods, what are my rights?
If you buy goods that are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, you have the right to return them. We strive to resolve all issues and everything brought from us can be sent back to us for a replaced or full refund.
If the product you received is damaged or has a problem you can send it back to us within 30 days.
If you no longer require the product to want it replaced with any other product you have 30 days to send it back to us.
If you are unhappy with the condition of the item and think that it is not as described in our listings you can send it back to our warehouse.
We offer a full refund within 48 hours of us receiving the goods back if you don’t need a free replacement under our money back guarantee.
If you paid via Debit/Credit card the payment will be sent back to the same card via Nochex and can take up to 48hours to appear in your account.
How do I return orders?
You can return items to us via Royal Mail Recorded or a reliable tracked courier service.
Step 1 - Packing
Securely pack your parcel indicating your reason for return. Repackage the goods in the original packaging (or a suitable alternative) making sure to include the Order no. and reason for your return.
To minimise the risk of damage to your device and to ensure that we safely receive your device, we strongly recommend that you pack your item(s) in a strong box with bubble wrap.
Step 2 - Return Address
Clearly affix our return address that can be found on our contact us page. If returning multiple parcels, please ensure you tape the correct address and postage to each parcel.
Step 3 - Proof of Postage
Request a proof of postage from our courier before handing them over your return parcel.
Step 4 - Refunds
Your refund will automatically be processed once the returned order has been received back at our warehouse. It can then take 3 to 5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) to process your refund. Please retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund.
Step 5 - Replacements
It can then take 3 to 5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) to process your replacement depending on availability of the stock. We will keep you informed via email progress of your replacement that we send free of cost. Please retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund.
Who pays for the return postage?
Buyer pays for the return postage for sending their items back to us however we don’t charge for sending out a replacement.
If you require a full refund for items you sent back we will return your initial shipping cost back to you along with cost of product(s).
